Once you find the right channel, the sound quality isn't as good as having a Bluetooth stereo, but it still works. Terrible mid range frequency optimization, along with some of the lower level frequency for bass. The mic is pretty decent for phone calls, though. It connects very quickly and it has pretty intuitive functions. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I have 3 of these, and they work great! Love the bass boost function. It's easy to use, and I like the size of it. The light on it isn't obnoxious to me, but I can see how some might think it is. I do wish I didn't have to turn up my car radio by 10 to get the same volume, but that seems to be really common with every similar device I've used, so it's workable. I definitely will buy more when the time comes!

Fits loose in the port, other than that it's fine, charges great.

I purchased this primarily for phone calls in my older Silverado. The phone is very clear coming through speakers. Music is okay, but sound not quiet as good as phone. I also like the feature of being able to turn off and on as my power port does not turn off when turning my truck off.

This was the second one. The first had a bad usb-c port and the seller immediately shipped a replacement. The setup is pretty straightforward. Connectivity is great and it reconnects with no fuss. There is an issue with volume. Boosting the volume on the phone and the radio gets it to about 1/2 of what it would normally be. I think the product description is a little misleading as it implies volume can be adjusted on the product itself...that is not the case. Overall, it's fine for what it is.

It does what it is designed to do. However, the small buttons are hard to manipulate There are no instructions and trying to determine which buttons control the output is rather difficult.

Its nice that you can use it with two different sources

I tried and friends tried, but my vw’s socket that this item fit into has a lid, and when the lid is opened the transmitter wouldn’t go all the way down. I bought a longer transmitter that doesn’t have this problem, and I put this one in my work truck where it works fine

Has been working for about a year

I drive an old car. Only has radio and Cd as an option to listen to much. I need music to drive and this works great for the price. It uses an empty radio station signal which also means the sound is not super clear. You can hear small static if you truly pay attention and have good hearing. However the louder you put the volume you don't notice it. I do recommend lowing the volume all the first before you shut off your car because it also leaves a static sound. It does not bug but you get the habit of it it all works out. Overall I give it 4/5 stars. I love it!

I’ve had this product since November 2022 and what I can say you need to know how to tune it to. If it’s staticky make sure 1. You’re on a CLEAR radio Station 2. Make sure whatever music app your using your bass isn’t too high. 3. If the sound is low USE THE BASS BOOSTER BUTTON and make sure in your music app use the Bass EQ. The sound will sound very high quality. You just have to play around with whatever music app you use(the EQ) and follow everything I said above. I use Musi.

This car charger works great. I especially like the extra long cable; it's very convenient.

Good for price

The basic technology (FM injection) has been around for quite a while now and this device works better than most I've tried in the past. It's very easy to set up, the fidelity is good (for FM) and it's got some handy features. The only downside I noticed was that there appears to be a slight amount of interference (loss of sensitivity) in receiving other FM stations. (not surprising due to harmonic interference) It's particularly noticable on stations with weaker signals due to distance. Unpluggong the device does eliminate the problem. Hence the 4 stars. Yes, I'd buy it again.

My car is 20 years old and so it doesn’t have Bluetooth connectivity. My 15 year old grandson told me about this gadget that plugs into the cigarette lighter, you turn the radio to a station with nothing but static, and Bluetooth to your phone and music streaming app. It works with your car speakers, volume knob, or steering wheel volume, answers phone calls and also has a USB charging port. It’s a winner!

Really need to make sure it fits in adapter of car. Once in place works great.
